Saturday December 7th 2024 was the Season For A Smile Vol #2 Christmas/Holiday album release fundraiser show. Our second semi-annual holiday fundraiser held at Anodyne Coffee in Walker's Point, along with the Season For A Smile Album and CD sales, helped raise over $13,600 dollars this past 2024 holiday season!! This will go a long way in our mission of helping likeminded nonprofit organizations and activities for children with disabilities and special needs. It was a very special evening of music featuring a few of the bands on Season For A Smile Vol.2. Big thanks to The Band Radiation, Elephonic, Kat and The Hurricane, and The Quilz for your performances. We are thankful for your involvement with Team Bryce, our mission, and fundraising efforts.
The show was extra special as for a first time we had ACT Interpreting LLC attend our show. The first multi band concert in Wisconsin for children and young adults who are deaf or hearing impaired. They used our show for training for Accessible Concerts & Theater. This organization out of Madison brought with them new equipment and a few deaf individuals to train and help them have a live experience as well as a workshop for them. There is little to no opportunity for interpreters in Wisconsin to learn concert work
It was amazing and I hope to add them to not only my future shows, but to all the bands I know, give the deaf children, teens, young adults etc, the best music and show experience we are capable of doing.
Our next fundraiser show will be on Saturday evening June 21, 2025 at Schmidty's Bar & Grill in Brookfield. Details coming soon.
